A picture book that introduces the homestead a range of wildlife: from bald eagles; to sea otters; to bats; cougars and more. Each entry focuses on where each animal family makes its home.

The variety of animals introduced is interesting; the writing style is poetic and informative; the illustrations are nice enough. Overal this is a high quality book about animal families nesting. A lovely book for young nature lovers.
